I created this scenario-based learning project to train teachers how to handle difficult conversations with parents, whether by phone or via email. This project creates "branching" scenarios, where learners can create their own path based upon several solution choices. Taking my Branchtrack project as inspiration, I utilized the customization power that Articulate Storyline offers to create a more immersive and complete learner experience.

By allowing the learner to put their theoretical knowledge into practice, skill gaps become apparent quickly, but with no risk.

I designed this course to address a major cause of injuries in the workforce -- dropped objects. This project uses video, lightbox technique, variables, buttons, as well as quiz at the end where learners must pass or retake the course. This shortened course could be part of a much larger stand-alone course on workplace safety, or it could be a part of a drip learning initiative to reinforce skills and content to avoid cognitive overload.
